Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional Taoist abdominal massage that gently releases and energetically harmonises the inner organs. It works with deep, mindful touch in the abdomen to release blockages and promote energy flow — for digestion, detoxification and emotional balance.

One-year training
CNT practitioner after Mantak Chia
The gut — the organ we value least. Excess weight, burnout, skin problems: its connection to the gut flora becomes more obvious every day. The training focuses on the gut and all connected organs.
The training follows the curriculum of Grandmaster Mantak Chia and runs over 10 weekends — theory followed by intensive practice. Suitable for therapists, Heilpraktiker, masseurs and people with a special affinity for massage.

Foundations & anatomy
Foundations of Chi Nei Tsang; anatomy of the abdominal region, inner organs, lymphatic system, cardiovascular system and musculoskeletal system.

Activation, detoxification and balancing of the inner organs; detoxification of tissue and lymphatic system.
Emotional work
Processing emotional tension — the belly as a place of emotional memory.
