Tao Yin & Qigong
What is Qigong?
Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice for cultivating health, energy and inner calm. It combines gentle movement, breathing exercises and meditative focus into a harmonious whole. Regular practice strengthens the qi, promotes vitality and supports emotional balance.

Medical Qigong
Medical Qigong has been used in China for centuries — and by now also in Western medicine — often combined with Chinese herbal medicine. It focuses on the meridian pathways and the inner organs of the body.
